Space Required: At least 10' x 10', with extra space for people to gather around.
Background Colour: White is standard (and looks the best). Black or custom backgrounds are available: inquire!
Props are up to you: bring as many or as few as you like. Props can help your guests loosen up more quickly but, if you prefer a simple look the photobooth is still tons of fun with no props at all.
Choose the "Instant Images" option for a live-updated online gallery for your guests to view and share their photos minutes after they visit the booth.
The photobooth is definitely the most fun add-on to your wedding or event that I can offer. It engages your guests and brings out their unique personalities, all while generating tons of amazing images for you to remember. You’ll laugh while making the photos and you'll treasure the results. You also have the option to add on-site 4x6 prints - which is a great takeaway your guests.
How It Works
The Mini-Studio Photobooth is run by a real photographer. Guests step in front of the background and are guided to create fun images, from the completely crazy to calm and polished. The images are edited and posted online in a gallery and/or printed on site for your guests to take home and/or provided in high-resolution on USB after the event.
Lots and Lots of Photos
There is no limit to the number of photos we take for the duration the photobooth is set up. We shoot, and shoot, and shoot until your guests are exhausted. The number of photos you’ll receive depends on the number of guests you have, how long the photobooth is running, and how enthusiastic and creative your guests are! If you choose the on-site printing option, there is no limit to the number of photos we will print, except for physical time restrictions. Realistically, we can generate and print about 45 “unique” photos per hour. Often, groups of guests will request multiple copies of a single image, and this increases the actual number of photos we are able to print per hour.
All photos are edited to look their best and are free of any watermarks.
Guests love the instant gratification of receiving a print to take home and they make wonderful keepsakes for your event. On-site printing requires a little extra space though - we need space for a work table and also a place to put out the finished prints for people to pick up. If your venue is short on space, contact us to discuss options.
On-site prints are placed into a simple plastic sleeve for protection. Or, you could upgrade to acrylic frames and provide your guests with a long-lasting keepsake. Or, you can provide your own frames (let us know if you plan to do that!). The size of the prints is 4" x 6". Again, please contact us if you have other requirements.
The photobooth itself requires an empty space of about 10 feet by 10 feet. Ideally, there should be some extra space around it for your guests to crowd around (and crowds always seem to form). A minimum ceiling height of 10 feet is ideal, though not always nececessary. If your space is smaller or shorter, please contact us to find out if the booth will fit.
A standard power outlet is required within 50 feet of the booth. If this will not be possible, please contact us to discuss options.
Other than having these basic elements available to us, you won’t need to do a thing. We handle all of the setup and takedown of the photobooth.
We would be happy to work with you to customize the Mini-Studio Photobooth in any way you like, such as custom backgrounds, props, watermarks or text on prints, customized online galleries, photo sizes, or anything else you can think of. - Custom template or logo on prints if desired
- Additional hours of operation — $100 per hour
- Albums — $ask
